Sadar

Nation: Coxland
Capital: Mona Sadar
Coordinates: 300.-22.269m
Main Port: Crevas
Living Style Town / Mining Camps
Population Medium-Dense

Sadar drifts to the left of Ayvon Ryn and is a little farther removed than the rest of the islands. Its the smallest of the islands and is very tall and narrow, crowned with sharp mountains. There is very little flat space and only one castle and three watch towers have been built on the surface. Mona Sadar and her three towers, Orcrist, Avont, and Turyn are famously impenetrable and treacherous and it's said the oldest parts of the structures were built by an ancient race of dwarves, who dug the foundations down into the deepest bones of the island. The majority of industry isn't on top of Sadar, but rather built into the side where several shallow ledges and caves provide just enough support to construct vast webs of scaffolding along the side. Sadar is rich in several metals, especially silver, which is where it get the majority of its wealth.

Climate: Tends to be cloudy and rainy like the rest of Coxland.

Mona Sadar: Mona Sadar is the only castle and town on the surface of Sadar and one of the oldest structures in Coxland still inhabited. The original castle is believed to have been built by dwarves thousands of years before. Over the millennia there have been several additions and remoldings done on the castle and several modern wings are not any older than other castles in Coxland, but the original foundations and several original rooms are still in use. Because there as been so many additions and wings added to the castle it has the look of a patchwork building with several different styles pasted together. It also seems unorganized and labyrinthine to anyone who is not familiar with its many halls and stairs. The town around the castle is relatively small and only has one factory for refining silver and a few other metals. Both the castle and the town are surrounded by steep mountains, which cast shadows over the whole place and a deep river gorge goes by, before falling off the island edge.
