Appearance:
She keeps a rather posh appearance at all times, her short black hair carefully combed and styled to avoid getting in her face. She often wears lipstick and eye liner to make herself look slightly older, bringing out her black eyes. In most cases, she can be seen wearing long white fur coats that reach her knees over black dresses that go past her feet. However, no matter what she is wearing she always carries a white fan with fur on the ridge and a rope necklace with a glass bead in the center. Most people who can sense auras can almost immediately feel that there is something off about her.

Personality
Evaleen is confident. Everything she does she does with absolute confidence, no matter how unethical the activity. While some find this trait admirable, it also makes her quite disagreeable with several people. People who think women should be quiet as well as people who think that common decency should be observed. She has an enjoyment for living, constantly going out at night to find new ways to enjoy herself. However, many previous attempted suitors would be quick to point out that she hates flowers and chocolate. Too common for her tastes.

She is quite picky and doesn't enjoy small talk. The act is a waste of time in her mind.

She tends to be extremely weary of most magic users. She seams to not worry much about necromancers or elementalists, though most other magic users tend to get on her bad side.

History
Evaleen was not so much born as she was created. The earliest thing she can remember is waking up in an underground lab with a dead woman at her feet, wearing nothing but her necklace. Frightened and frantic, she tried to remember any names that could help, coming up with only one: Zalt. With no where else to go, she headed for the mansion and begged for the help of the head of the family. After some time to think he decided to give her the teaching and support she asked for in exchange for the opportunity to try and figure out just what she was through a series of tests and to see if the results could be replicated.



She appeared in the common knowledge of people six years ago with a large sum of money and started a bank. Over the next five years, she overtook the entire market with hidden fees and extremely safe vaults despite a mysterious streak of robberies. She has now earned herself a title of Viscountess through her business expansion, though hasn't tried to expand further since.

Abilities
Evaleen possess the ability to both amplify and drain emotions. This includes overloading a weak willed brain with conflicting emotions as well as draining a person to the point of fatigue and apathy. The apathy usually lasts for an hour before the brain can recharge again. This ability can only be used on skin contact with her and can be warded off by wearing anything with glass on it. She has quite the aversion to White Mercury, enough of one that it usually causes her pain and causes her form to flicker.

While not much of a fighter, her fan conceals several sharp points under the fur that she uses to defend herself if things begin to get sour for her.
