Appearance
Julie has a weathered face for her age that makes her look quite a bit older than she really is when combined with the bags under her eyes. Her short, shaggy black hair is barely groomed, falling in her face most of the time with out her handkerchief to hold it back and leave her black eyes rather difficult to see. She looks quite a bit scrawnier than she really is thanks to her brown, over sized aviator jacket. Under that she usually wears one of two outfits she owns, both consisting of a plain grey work shirt and a brown, double layered skirt. She wears long grey socks to cover her ankles and legs,

Personality
Juliana is the embodiment of emotional. Most people can tell exactly how she feels at any given moment thanks to her wild expressions. She is extremely impulsive and tends to act on how she's feeling at any given moment.

She believes that being honest to others will automatically make them honest with her. This feeds on her belief that most people are genuinely nice people who have just met bad circumstances. Thanks to this belief, she is extremely forgiving of any harm put on her, for better or for worse. She is also quite empathic and tends to feel bad after yelling at someone. She also believes that family comes before anything else in life and will go out of her way to do something for someone in her family or someone in her crew's family.

She tends to put absolute trust in favorite types of people: People who treat her well, people of the same class as her and people who show skill or knowledge in something. Thus it's rather difficult to breathe and not be in her good side.

As a lower class woman, she tends to idolize nobility and the sort of parties they have. She loves being referred to as a lady, though doesn't go out of her way to try and gain rank. After all, she has a mission in life she needs to follow.

History
Julie grew up in the higher districts of Central City with her family of 6. She had a rather tense relationship with her mother though her father was rather happy to see another of his kids pick up one of his interests, but most of all she loved the company of her brother Terrance. He taught her what he knew about ships and read her several books on exploring and strange plants and species from other islands. He even gave her one of his jackets when she was a child. When she was 7, Terrance left to search the islands for treasure and new life, though never returned home. This left a bit of a hole in her heart, though she got the idea to leave Central City and go looking for him in the process. She entered the work force when she was 14 to help support her family, though kept a small sum of the money for herself as she worked.

After 9 years of saving up between her paychecks, she finally has saved up enough money to get a small airship of her own. She took her brother's old jackets as a keepsake and a reminder of what she hopes to find out there.

Abilities
While not an expert, she has at least some knowledge of ships and how they're built. She also has some first aid knowledge from her stay at the factory. As far as local politics goes, she's pretty knowledgeable about who's in charge of what. Her greatest asset is her impulsive attitude and willingness to just go out and try something.
